Job Description:

1. He should be Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed college/university.

2. He should have 8+ years of work experience in construction industry.

3. He should be well versed with HVAC, conduit, cable laying, electrical drawing interpretations & Chillers, and all electrical issues with the construction industry.

4. He should be matured in job domain wise and carry out the work independently at the construction industry for electrical issues.

5. He should be team leader and can manage a team at the construction industry.

6. Salary commensurate with experience.

Post 2) - Civil Foreman
Location - Jalandhar / Chandigarh / Amritsar

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. He should be a graduate /non graduate.

2. He should have total work experience of 8+ year in a construction industry.

3. He should be a team player and excellent executioner of civil works likewise : layouting / levelling / surveying / scaffolding / truss / instruments handling (theodalite/ dumpy level) etc.

4. He should be able to maintain excellent liaison with the team mates and vendors at the construction site.

5. He should be able to read and interpret civil drawings.

6. He should also be able to assist site engineers/civil heads for distribution and implementation of civil works.

Post 3) - Mechanical Foreman

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent should be from Govt. ITI with specialization in mechanical draughtsman.

2. He should possess expertise in service of gensets and mixture diesel engine.

3. He should be having experience in Lift mainly :assembly/dismantling.

4. He should have expertise in handling and maintaining Vibrators :both electrical & Petrol type vibrators.

5. He should be conversant with repair of grinders.

6. He should be having workability in mini batching plants.

7. He should be good in calibrations .
